If for any reason you want to return the merchandise contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving the merchandise for a "written" R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #) For defective merchandise-an exchange will be shipped. All other returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge

All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material and accessories. For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card

No returns on: - Underwater equipment once submerged. - Printers once ink cartridges are installed. - TVs, combos, and monitors 25" and larger. - Blister-packed items once opened. - Computer products or software once opened. - Special Order merchandise. -

All returns must include:

When returning items by post, make sure to package the merchandise securely. So that the merchandise will not be damaged in transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances including late deliveries by carrier
